Well
I finally have them all. I couldn't quite get photos of all the things
I wanted to include, so I had to grab a few of them off the web. Hope
that's allowed.
My town is Marlow, in Buckinghamshire. I actually live just outside Marlow now, but I still work there.
Picture 1 - Welcome

Picture 2 - New

These offices are next to where I work. They are owned by Volvo.

Picture 3 - Old

St.
Peter's Church is not the oldest building in Marlow, but it's fairly
close. The exact date of construction is not known, but is thought to
be in the 13th century.

Picture 4 - Population

I was unable to visit the Marlow regatta this year due to illness, but I found this great pic on the web.

Picture 5 - Transportation

The weir and part of the mooring area, with the bridge in the background.

Picture 6 - Love

This
is the house I used to live in. I shared it with four friends after
leaving uni. We had some great times there. Sadly it's now been bought
up by a developer and replaced with five boring identical box-houses.

Picture 7 - Work

This is the office where I work. The building is nothing special, but at least it looks nice in the snow.

Picture 8 - Secret
cacheUnfortunately
many of the secret things I know about Marlow are not photographable,
and a few of the pics I have got would not really be suitable. So this
one is the view from my old house. It's not really secret, but it
doesn't exist any more. I pieced together the panorama from three
seperate images, so if you see any odd looking bits, that's why.
(The Invision board doesn't seem to like horizontal scrolling so click on the image to open it separately)

Picture 9 - Landmark

Marlow's
landmark is its famous old bridge. One of the oldest suspension bridges
in the world. It was built in 1829, as a prototype for the Széchenyi
Chain Bridge across the River Danube in Budapest.

Picture 9 - Goodbye

I posted this one back in February. Not sure it says 'goodbye' but I think it's a great, timeless image of rural England.
